Les obres de construcció d’un aljub al soterrani de l’edifici Roger de Llúria del campus
universitari Ciutadella de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra no ha permés identificar cap element o evidència arqueològica en un indret on, segons la planimetria històrica, es situaria la punta del baluard de Don Felipe de la fortificació borbònica. Així, sota el paviment actual apareix directament un estrat d’anivellament interpretat com un nivell d’enderroc o anivellament en el moment de construir les casernes militars.
